Yes, it is preferred that all areas are empty before installation. We offer larger item removal for an additional fee.
Do you sell other flooring other than carpet?

Is there a Minimum Square Yardage Fee?

Do you charge a credit card fee?
Yes. A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments. There is no fee for cash or check.

What should I expect on installation day?
Our installers will arrive around 9 am, complete the installation, clean up the work area, and perform a final walkthrough.
Do you offer in-home design help?
We do not offer in-home design services, but our team provides personalized design help and recommendations in our showroom.
What Carpet is better? Nylon or Polyester?

Which carpet shows vacuum marks least/most
Textured carpets hide vacuum marks and footprints best, while plush carpets tend to show them the most.
